4-Night/3-Cooking Class Program
Join us, and you'll dive into the heart of Italian cuisine in a beautiful villa setting!
The cooking vacations at Tenuta Castel Venezze combine Italian culinary traditions with the lifestyle of Veneto. Designed for 8 participants, the classes are inclusive for all skill levels and perfect for small groups. Non-participating partners can enjoy local activities and join for dinner. The program includes a four-night stay at the villa, full-board accommodations in a double room with a private bathroom, and three-morning cooking lessons from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., followed by lunch. All meals are included.
- Day 1: Arrive around 6 PM and settle in. Dinner at our cozy restaurant, Locanda Venezze, kicks off your Italian adventure!
- Day 2: After a hearty breakfast, you’ll roll up your sleeves for your first hands-on cooking class. Learn to craft traditional pasta like tagliatelle and tortellini. Savor lunch with authentic Italian wine before exploring local sights or unwinding at the villa.
- Day 3: More cooking fun awaits! Master new recipes, from appetizers to desserts, during your second lesson. Join a half-day winery tour afterward or relax before another delightful dinner at Locanda Venezze.
- Day 4: Discover insider tips for creating seasonal dishes while preparing a three-course meal. Enjoy free time, or let us arrange an adventure like biking through the stunning Po Delta Natural Park!
- Day 5: After breakfast and check-out, we’ll ensure you’re set for your next destination with easy taxi service to the nearby train station.
HOW TO GET HERE
The best way to Rovigo is by train. It starts every hour from Venice and stops at Rovigo Railway Station. The ride is about one hour, and a round trip costs approximately € 15 per person. You do not need to arrange a taxi driver; check outside Rovigo’s train station for the first available taxi. The ride is approx. €25/30.

Transportation to/from our location
Our cancellation policy: Cancellations made 60 days from the arrival date lose the deposit already paid, while in case of cancellation within 60 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, we will charge the total amount.
