During each session, Chef Stefano will guide participants in preparing three traditional Italian recipes, creating an authentic Italian meal. Day 1: Arrive at the Rovigo train station; you’ll be warmly welcomed before indulging in a delightful dinner at the renowned Locanda Venezze. Kickstart your journey as you familiarize yourself with the vibrant local culture and culinary delights!
Day 2: After breakfast, It’s time to roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking lesson! Under the guidance of experienced local chefs, you will master the art of crafting traditional pasta, including tagliatelle, tortellini, and even delectable cakes. Enjoy a mouthwatering lunch accompanied by exquisite d.o.c. Italian wine! The afternoon is yours to unwind at our beautiful villa or explore nearby sights – don’t forget about our optional tours! As the day concludes, savor another delicious dinner at Locanda Venezze.
Day 3: After breakfast, you will start day three, bringing even more cooking fun as you dive into more cherished recipes from this enchanting region. After another shared lunch filled with laughter and flavor, take some time to discover what makes Rovigo so unique – our team will provide recommendations galore! End your day with yet another delightful dinner at Locanda Venezze.
Day 4: After a delicious breakfast filled with local treats, it’s time to check out and say goodbye. While transfers are not included, you’ll leave with a heart full of memories (and maybe a few extra pounds from all that fantastic food!).
