hands-on Italian cooking class
Join us and create traditional Italian dishes from scratch.
The new pasta-making program offers hands-on lessons where you’ll learn to craft traditional Italian pasta from scratch. Guided by expert chefs, you’ll master techniques to make fresh dough and sauces, focusing on creating iconic dishes like tagliatelle and ravioli. The program is perfect for enthusiasts of all skill levels, and you’ll enjoy the authentic flavors of your creations.
Our cooking classes run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The minimum number of participants is two up to eight; for larger groups, ask the staff.
09:50 am: Arrival at Villa Castel Venezze (from Venice Piazzale Roma or by train).
10:00 am: Hands-on Cooking Lesson with the kitchen staff. Learn to make traditional dishes like appetizers, pasta, tagliatelle, tortellini, meat courses, side dishes, vegetables, and cakes.
11:00 am: Aperitivo in the kitchen. Enjoy the appetizers you made paired with Prosecco DOCG.
1:30 pm: Tutti a Tavola! Enjoy a meal with your creations paired with wines from Veneto.
Afternoon: Relax in the villa’s park or pool before returning to Venice.
For transport details, Rovigo station is 1 hour from Venice and costs €15 for a round trip. The cost of taxi pickup from Rovigo is €25/30.
The dishes you’ll prepare may vary depending on the season, ensuring you work with the freshest ingredients available.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the deposit paid. In case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
